What you will do

• Run and manage Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
• Generate high-quality leads for education and venture growth programmes.
• Optimize campaigns continuously to improve ROI.
• Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports.

Responsibilities

• Own daily campaign setup, monitoring, and budget pacing across paid channels.
• Track lead volume, lead quality, conversion performance, and acquisition costs.
• Maintain accurate tracking through GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
• Share actionable campaign insights with the marketing and growth teams.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in digital or performance marketing.
• Any graduate qualification with strong analytical and communication skills.
• Hands-on familiarity with Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4, and Google Tag Manager.
• Working knowledge of lead generation, Excel, and campaign reporting.

Nice to have

• Experience generating leads for EdTech or education businesses.
• Understanding of conversion tracking, landing pages, and attribution.
• Ability to identify and test new campaign audiences and creatives.
