What you will do

• Own founder-priority projects from brief through delivery and follow-up.
• Coordinate across BD, marketing, product, and operations teams.
• Prepare briefs, decks, research notes, and decision memos.
• Support partnership conversations, hiring pipelines, and venture reviews.

Responsibilities

• Track founder OKRs, deadlines, and cross-team dependencies.
• Surface risks early and propose clear next actions.
• Maintain clean documentation of decisions and follow-ups.
• Represent the founder office professionally with external stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in consulting, chief-of-staff, ops, or growth roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong judgment.
• Comfort with ambiguity, prioritisation, and multi-threaded work.
• Willingness to work from the Chennai office closely with the founder.

Nice to have

• Prior startup, venture studio, or founder-office experience.
• Exposure to sales, partnerships, or institutional outreach.
• Ability to build lightweight systems and dashboards quickly.
