What you will do

• Build and ship frontend and backend features for venture products.
• Design clean APIs, data models, and integrations.
• Write tests, fix bugs, and improve reliability of existing systems.
• Collaborate with product and design on usable, production-ready releases.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned features from implementation through release.
• Maintain code quality, documentation, and pull-request hygiene.
• Monitor basic performance, errors, and deployment health.
• Contribute to technical decisions as the engineering team grows.

Requirements

• 0–4 years of experience building web applications.
• Working knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and at least one modern framework (React/Next.js preferred).
• Familiarity with APIs, databases, and Git-based collaboration.
• Bias toward shipping working software and learning quickly.

Nice to have

• Experience with Node.js, PostgreSQL, or serverless platforms.
• Exposure to auth, payments, or admin dashboards.
• Personal projects, open-source contributions, or a strong GitHub portfolio.
