What you will do

• Coordinate job postings, screening, and interview scheduling.
• Communicate with candidates through outreach and follow-ups.
• Support onboarding checklists, documentation, and employee records.
• Assist with culture, engagement, and basic people-ops processes.

Responsibilities

• Keep hiring trackers accurate and up to date.
• Ensure timely candidate and interviewer communication.
• Maintain confidentiality of people and compensation data.
• Flag process gaps and propose simple operational improvements.

Requirements

• 0–3 years of experience; freshers with strong interest in HR may apply.
• Excellent organisation, follow-through, and written communication.
• Comfort working with spreadsheets and structured trackers.
• Willingness to work from the Chennai office.

Nice to have

• Prior internship or exposure to recruitment or campus hiring.
• Familiarity with ATS tools or LinkedIn recruiting workflows.
• Interest in building early-stage people systems.
